On September 11th Chief of Department Sean McCarrick lead the members of the department along with our mutual aid departments, and various civic groups in the Rocky Point / Shoreham 9/11 remembrance services. Dave Singer once again stood as our master of ceremonies and showed the community that we will never forget by honoring the fallen first responders, innocent civilians and members of the community who perished that day. The crowed was serenaded by the Rocky Point High School singers and band members along with Amazing Grace by our bag piper. 3 wreaths were paced in the reflection pool and the public placed flags on the names of the fallen.
