On 12/15/23 the dept received a phone alarm for a residential Structure Fire. Upon arrival of chief 30 a working fire signal was transmitted for a 20 X. 40 1 story private house. E-15 arrived 1st due secured a positive water supply followed by stretching hose line for suppression efforts. TL-14 arrived 2nd due and conducted searches for victims which was negative and ventilated the fire area. E-7 arrived 3rd due and assisted E-15 with hose line advancing and stretching a back up hose line. EMS members from A-16 were on standby for any injuries which were none. R-4 arrived and assisted by covering areas not covered by earlier arriving units. Fire Police units secured the scene to keep operating members safe. No injuries were reported and the incident is under investigation from the Town Of Brookhaven Fire Marshal’s office
